Hello and Welcome!

Consider how much negative information you receive in one day. No, just in one hour.  Now think about how that affects you.  Is it possible, that the continuous streaming of the woes of our world are preventing you from reaching your potential.  Or possibly, you are in an oppressive situation, which has drained you of hoping in a better tomorrow.

This is not a page to make promises just to make you feel good. Nor is it your chance to name it and claim it. Actually, this is your opportunity to see your past and present situations in a different light.  You may be in a place that is difficult and uncomfortable. So where is God? This is just a reminder that God is still with you.  You have power within that others may not understand.  Let’s look at what the Bible says.

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.” Ephesians 3: 20-21

“But Jesus looked at them and said, “For mortals it is impossible, but for God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

“He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20

Some might say this was only true in the days of Christ. I disagree along with many other believers.  I have seen firsthand the power of God move, even heal people from their death bed.  My husband was one of them, stricken with a stroke and in ICU for over a month. We prayed and called on the Lord. Honestly, I really didn’t know what would happen. You see, God is still sovereign and answers prayer based on his master plan. The key is not to know whether he will give us the answer we want. The key is knowing that He CAN do it, whether we ask him or not.  God can do anything. And because Jesus left us with the gift of the Holy Spirit, he gives us access to seek God in faith, knowing that He can fulfill the request.

It is not really that difficult to understand. We are only limited because of what we know; what science tells us. But science does not know everything. Actually, scientists are always finding new discoveries.  And when the doctors discovered my husband awake and talking one morning, they could not explain it. They could only shake their heads and be grateful for another patient who recovered.

What are you seeking God for today? Have faith and know nothing is impossible with God.  Trust him.  And you will receive the answer that you need.  Your current situation is not your final destination.  And if you are someone who has been through the worst and faced incredible odds, but God brought you through it, tell someone.  People hear enough bad news, give them something good.  If you have a testimony, others need to hear it.  Please share this page along with your story, scriptures, and links.
